Slide Gate Idler Assembly

  •  Use when rear mounting Slide Gate Operators.
  • Chain guide is enclosed.
  • Easily mounts to a wall or pilaster.
  • Use with #40 or #41 chain.

 

Slide Gate End Cap Retainer

  • Heavy-duty galvanized steel.
  • Beveled opening.
  • Designed for slide gates with 2 in. (50.8 mm) frames.
  • Capped to prevent gates from being lifted off the track.

 

 

Guarded Guide Rollers

Designed to meet the requirements of the UL 325 and ASTM F2200 standards. The Rollers are fabricated from UHMW material for quiet,
long-lasting operation.

  • Single 3″ (76.2 mm) UHMW Guide Roller and mounting bracket.
  • Dual 3″ (76.2 mm) UHMW Guide Rollers and mounting bracket.
  • Two single 3″ (76.2 cm) UHMW

Guide Rollers stacked to provide a 6″ (152.4 mm) surface area and mounting bracket.
• Double dual 3″ UHMW Guide Rollers stacked to provide a 6″ (152.4 mm) surface area and mounting bracket.

    Chain Idler Assembly
    • The DKS chain idler assembly is used when slide gate operators are rear‐mounted
    • Part number 2600-818
    • Use with rear‐mount slide gate operators
    • Works with #40 and #41 chain
    End Catch
    • The end retainer provides a guide for slide gates to slip into, and has a cap that prevents the gate from being lifted off the track when it is in the full closed position
